A multidimensional journey in the service of hospitality
Margaux is not just any sommelier. Her career, which combines hotel management, international wine trade, and sommelier work, has allowed her to experience multiple facets of the world of wine and hospitality. Thanks to her experience in gourmet restaurants, wineries, vineyards, and houses specializing in exceptional wines, she has acquired exceptional expertise, particularly as an executive assistant in the wine sector.
Today, she draws on her experience to develop her own projects focused on wine and the customer experience. Her tastings and immersive events create unique moments of conviviality, where wine becomes a vehicle for encounters and emotions.
The transmission of knowledge: a value at the heart of her teaching
Margaux stands out in her presentations to our students for her pedagogical approach. She does not limit herself to teaching sommellerie; she offers a dynamic module that links tableware to specific topics such as customer experience, culture, communication, and professional posture.
Her goal is to convey to students not only technical knowledge, but also a global vision of the hotel and restaurant industry, where the table remains a pillar of French hospitality.
Wine: a tool for sharing and building trust
“What inspires me most is the taste, the emotions, and sharing,” Margaux tells us. For her, wine is a tool for communication, a way to connect with others and, sometimes, even to forge bonds of trust. This passion and philosophy of hospitality are reflected in each of her classes, where exchange and conviviality are the basis of the learning process.
As a CMH professor, she does not hesitate to transcend the limits of tradition to offer her students a unique learning experience. Whether through wine tastings, wine events, or hands-on workshops, every moment with her is an invitation to explore wine from a human and emotional perspective.
Practical experience to prepare students for their future careers
Her approach, focused on hands-on learning, allows students to acquire specific and practical skills. By sharing her experience and professional advice, she prepares them for a constantly evolving sector where customer experience and quality of service are fundamental priorities.
